Android Mobile App for Teaching & Learning

I started my PhD this year where I am exploring the critical applications of Ai in Education. I have a business that focuses on designing customised solutions for my clients, while I am a full-time consultant for a research and engagement entity in my city. I am looking for developers for Android (and iOS will be a plus too), to assist with improving two mobiles apps we use at my consulting work with the research entity. Currently, both apps are designed for Android only, and the first app is used by teacher to facilitate teaching in the classroom, while the second app is primirally used by high schools learners for learning subject content in Maths, Physical Science and English for now. Both apps are extendable to other subjects as well. It is absolutely important to keep in mind that both apps must be able to work offline. Online models are not suitable for the environment these apps are provided for. The teacher's app is very basic and straight forward, but it needs improvement with the UX and optimization of some of its functionalities like the dynamic loading of content materials (PDFs, .mp4 videos, MS Office files, ePub, HTML files). There is also the need to implement opening a USB drive from the app interface. The learner's app is more complex, it is bigger and includes usage recording, analytics of various form, self-assessment, self embedded videos playing, opening of documents and a login system. We currently have a functional system for this app, and the intention here is to radically improve it, hence this will have to be discuss via an arrange meeting to be able to fully understand the requirements.
