I want a startapp video add to load in my app in 1 position

When a file is downloaded my apps download manager is replacing some of the txt with characters

example

if there is a space in the file title it will replace the space with a +

If there is an & it will replace this with other characters

I need it to save the file with the clear correct title.

This is to completed immediately over team viewer
