Upload Amazon/KDP book cover

This should be a simple assignment.
I have written and uploaded a small fiction book on Amazon/KDP. I want to change the cover.
The new cover has been completed but KDP has rejected the sizing. I need someone very familiar with KDP to complete the upload task - and make adjustments if need be.
I currently work with a book designer who handles cover design and interior formatting. He then gives me the files and I upload them. He does great work but he is located in Serbia. The time and language differences have been taxing. So, I am looking for a long term replacement.
I am also looking for ongoing SEO and marketing for each of my small books.
