Write a decoder for binary files storing high resolution images

exported from a machine. There are no details about the image

format itself - meaning that the source format needs to be

reverse-engineered. However, for each image we can provide a small

jpg file showing, in less detail, the actual image.

The decoder will accept one image file as described above and will

produce a file storing the decoded image in a standard format

(e.g. png, jpg, etc)

Sample files can be provided upon request.
