Blender Specialist Needed - Small Quick Job

We need a file edited - a very straight forward job Here is the file: [login to view URL] We need it to look like the attached image THE MOUTH - NOT THE EYES (DO NOT TOUCH THE EYES!!!!!!!!!!) Changes needs to be made: 1. Remove the chin (the line under the mouth) 2. Mouth needs to be static and as the one on the pic attached - smiling OUTPUT - MP4 - and the blend file please do 2 or 3 slight variations NEED THIS DONE IMMEDIATELY
