• Review & Opinion I've watched the video. You've done a good job with the filming, but there are certain things that could be improved. First of all, changing the ratio of the canvas. There is too much going on, it would be a lot better if we could simplify it. The wiggle effect in some of the scenes is unnecessary. The scenes are too dark, I know it's the environment you're going for but there should be focus on the character and improvement in the color correction. Overall, my focus was more on the camera guy instead of the actual story. This is not to undermine your work but just constructive criticism. I would love to work on this project. Hey! I liked what I seen and it's different to alot, the spider was amazing. I'd like to give you notes on what could make it overall better, and if you'd like to discuss it more I'll watch the video in real time and break it down as I watch it and send you my full ananysis. - I'd lose the blue tone and work on the grading to be less blue and more black. there's a scene when you wake up and go into the hall that I'd make the entire left of the screen 90% black so your eyes are drawn to the hallway. - I'd cut a lot of the exagerated horror sound effects because they make it feel quite cheap and not that eery. I'd still use some, but source higher quality ones and use a more ambient overlay track. - I'd give some of the angles a better perspective by either slowly and cinematically zooming in and out, or to a corner, or a more unique close up. There is a lot of scenes I'd cut that are unnecessary build up that are jarring and somewhat dilute the suspense. Overall I thought it was great but theres so much I'd love to do with it to polish it and revitalise it. - Thought I'd give you an actual proposal than the typical " I'm amazing look at my reel thanks ".
