Find an Accountant

We are looking for a freelancer who can assist us [login to view URL],Bank reconciliations,Preparing receivable and payable control accounts,preparation of trial balance leading to presentation of financial data via various financial statements. Please note this post is for the ongoing project, we need reliable and trustworthy account assistant. Jobs should be 10 to 50 hours a week depends on the deadline date. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger Bring the books to the trial balance stage Hi, Perform partial checks of the posting process Complete tax forms Enter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statements Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner The applicant must have the following requirements: Proven bookkeeping experience Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Xero Familiarity with Australian taxation law and a qualification in accountancy or bookkeeping is a requirement.
