We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with Property Management knowledge. Our company owns both Commercial and Residential properties in the New York area and we need a main point of contact for our tenants as well as someone who can maintain the books for each property. Job Duties will include: Visitor and Client Assistance. Bookkeeping A/P and A/R. Manage CEO Calendar. Some office supplies purchases. Assist in setting up travel arrangements for CEO and Management. Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. Special projects as assigned by Management. Management of all company owned properties. Bilingual a plus. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
