Accountant and Business Reporting

I am a developer and producer who producers his own works within technology, entertainment and design within the areas of real estate both commercial and residential. You are someone that can work on various documents and get the various clients what they need from invoices, to reports, to billing, and report back to me as the investor. While I have various stakeholders and bookers for shows, the industry is currently down, so want someone that can project to shift everything to the next fiscal year and really project everything in terms of ticket revenue, and burn rate for me to do work given lots of expenses and local labour within this industry outside of the accounting work to quote the various talents doing work with me as creative producer. From the volunteers to the booking talents, to recording equipment and housing, need to get a sense of the various assets and how to project the revenue coming in going into the next fiscal year for the next 30 years. This will be an internal person that works with me and my accountant. You are part time and internal most of my clients speak to me, but you will be more internal within dealing with my investments and creating the various rent that's being levied on them by the development company so this way it can be given the the respective case manager that'll be dealing with the various accounts. While i'm now signing artists to come use the recording studio, I want the economy of my properties to feed into a larger annual operation that has a measurable growth rate.
