I need an essay for my MBA programm at the university. I study economics. The topic is "What is Groupthink? How can it be overcome and does simulation play a role in it?" It is a modul "Systems Thinking & System Dynamics ". The essay have to me 5-6 pages and have the following structure:

General
1. PAPER SIZE is DIN A4, printed on one side with page numbering. Please use Arial font 11 pt. for the TEXT BODY. SECTION HEADINGS should not exceed 14 pt. The TEXTshould be 1.5 spaced and fully justified. Maintain a margin of 2.5 cm at the top and bottom. Maintain a 5.0 cm right side and a 2.0 cm left side margin
9. FOOTNOTES should be numbered consecutively (superscript Arabic numerals). Please use Arial font 9 pt. The text should be indented 1.0 cm, 1.0 spaced and fully justified.
10. REFERENCES TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE TEXT should include the first name, middle initial, and last name in the first instance. Subsequent references should give the last name only. Do not refer to individuals as Mister, Doctor, Professor, etc.
11. QUOTATIONS must exactly correspond with the original in regards to wording, spelling, and punctuation. Changes must be indicated: use brackets to identify insertions; use ellipsis dots (...) to show omissions. Also indicate where emphasis has been added. Only lengthy quotations (more than 50 words) should be separated from the text; such quotations must be double-spaced and indented at the left margin. Page numbers must be given.
12. Please use only commonly used ABBREVIATIONS (e.g., “e.g.”) in the text or
abbreviations you have introduced in the text. Always spell out terms, common names and the complete proper names of organisations, governmental agencies, projects, programmes, codices or documents the first time you use them followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. Subsequent references should give the abbreviation only, for example: International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) [first occurrence], IFRS [subsequently]. Please DO include the abbreviations you have introduced in an ABBREVIATION INDEX.
