start up business media contents - open to bidding

I need some writers to write for my new start up media that purposes to provide helpful contents for young adults who are looking for "starting career" and "moving up in career". And I’m looking for a long partnership with a writer that can continuously provide quality unique contents written in my target people’s point of view.
My quantitative target is 1000 PVs or 50 Facebook likes per article in one week.
If it’s achieved, bonus will be paid. I'm thinking $5-7/article base.
