delete words in Word documents

Ok, I already have the application that you need. It creates backup of all the files and show you exactly how many replacements were made in each file. If you wanna be sure that it works send me a file and I'll give it back to you with the replacements. It is really easy to use.

Hello, can be done as VBA macros in word or as VB6 app. With VBA you have to open a doc in word, run macro, select a ftxt file with words to delete and run. With VB6 app you will select .doc file, .txt file with words or just enter this words in textbox and run it. thanks Dmitriy

I can certainly do this project using Office Automation. There are many options to load in the words to be deleted, be it to open a file, or simply allow you to type in the text in a textbox. I can think of a way to ensure Undo works as expected, but it may be slow. Having the Search and Replace work quickly with Undo will require some experimentation and research.
