Developer wanted with experience in posting xml with vb6

we are looking for a developer who has experience with xml and vb6. In this project we wish to post xml to a url. The url to send to would be something like: [login to view URL] and the xml needs to be encoded as a url. We have been told that the most self contained and useful is to stream the data through the request through a stream writer. Please do not apply for this project unless you have a rating on GAF and you have done exactly this type of work before. No time for time wasters! We will provide you with an xml document and all you have to do is write the VB6 code to post it and then read the response, that's all you need to do and the faster you can do it the better!
