We have our own parsers for many languages like XML JSON etc. so your data once set into our system generate propertly XML that we also double-check manually. I feel you need eventually to translate your FM file, right? So not only converting to XML is needed but also re-importing translated XML back to FM. I can do both things backed up by 5+ years experience processing FM files for multingual projects. Some assumptions apply listed in PM (please read carefully).
