We are an emerging eCommerce provider who is fast becoming a major player within the UK market particularly within the fashion industry. The business partners combined 40+ years of eCommerce experience within the UK is a major factor in customers choosing to work with us. We are looking for a developer initially to meet our immediate needs but with the potential to grow with our business.
We have worked with developers in the past and have struggled with two main issues: a) Lack of attention to detail (in particular creative skills), b) Not being fully committed to our customers needs in a reasonable timely manner.
Essential Requirements:
1. Web development/eCommerce experience essential with Aspdotnetstorefront experience and MS SQL Server experience essential.
2. Good English both written and spoken essential - required to communicate our customers directly in the management of issue identification and resolution.
3. Required to be involved with website development and support - attention to detail essential.
4. Willing to partner with our growing company and to take a lead on our behalf to grow a team as required.
5. Provide superior support and a “can-do” attitude essential for long term progression and growth.
6. PC/Internet/Skype/Phone access required. Web based company e-mail may be provided as well company support ticket system which will be the focal point of contact directly with our customers.
Requirements Scope:
1. To work towards UK hours 9am to 5pm if possible - however other time zones may be considered with flexibility of ad-hoc support to UK hours when required.
2. Communication to the business owners primarily by e-mail and Skype.
3. To communicate directly with our customers via our support ticket system and in some cases on the phone.
Terms:
1. Payment terms - 50% at the start of the project and remaining 50% when the site is launched and final approval from customer. Possible bonus payment on the delivery of a quality solution which is confirmed by feedback from the customer resulting in a testimonial for our services. Payment will be made upon receiving an invoice, as per western Invoicing terms
2. Provide a minimum of 90 days warranty to fix any uncovered bugs following launch of project (live site).
3. To absorb calling costs to the UK when required, although most communication will be conducted our support ticket system, and in some cases e-mail/phone.
Your are required to provide:
a) a price for the setting up of a on-line store based on our clients creative design and integrating to ASPDOTNETSTOREFRONT.
b) further provide costs for support (per hour/week/month)
