code HTML/CSS from JPEG

I need the attached JPEG coded in really high quality, strict XHTML 4.0 mark-up. I'm looking for 100% valid HTML and CSS, commented code, with compatibility with the following browsers: • Explorer 7.0 • Explorer 6.0 • Firefox 2.0 • Firefox 3.0 • Safari 3.1 • Explorer 8.0 Beta 2 • Google Chrome 0.2 I will provide you with access to Litmus ([url removed, login to view]) in order to test for cross-browser/platform compatibility. ## Deliverables
