My company produces webcasts of presentations and seminars. I want to build 2 small price calculating forms that will show prospects the kind of price they should expect to pay for creating a webinar - one for live, one for recorded. I have worked out the maths, and this is on the attached spreadsheet. I have also created rough mockups of each form - also attached. Note I would like to use sliders as selectors. The forms must work with touch, and be responsive with the rest of the site. The site uses the Avada theme. I have some experience with Ninja Forms (installed), and Woo Commerce is included with the site theme, if that helps. I'm happy to buy another plugin if required. I can't see this taking more than half a day, so prices around 100 considered.
