Develop Video on demand Plugin for wordpress website

Overview We are looking for competent developer to develop wordpress video on demand plugin. We already designed video website and requires plugin to power video on demand in website. users will pay to watch video but will also be able to watch some free videos. We will have partners/publishers whose videos we can also add to website and when users buy video, partners/publishers will given commission on sale.
