Customizations to Royalslider Plugin for Wordpress

Our website has several hundred slider galleries via Royalslider shortcode. The problem: Slider/images don’t scale down to fit the browser window - there’s always content falling outside of view at top and/or bottom on desktop and mobile. Configurations from the RS interface have not given the results we need. You must be able to troubleshoot compatibility with Twentytwelve theme or plugins that might be interfering with responsive functionality.
Slider images are a mix of portrait and landscape, however, the aspect ratio of each image must remain as is (the composition must not change). The sliders/images need to be centered in the browser and work consistently on desktop and mobile (landscape + portrait) with zoom and pinch functionality.
We have a staging site for testing mods.
Any bid that does not indicate knowledge of Royalslider plugin will be dismissed. I appreciate the effort it takes to present a proposal, so I don't want to waste anyone's time. To be clear, I need customizations for only ONE slider that will be used for all galleries.
For someone who knows what they're doing, this is a pretty simple modification. I'm surprised to see bids for $150-300.
