Create an exact duplicate of existing Wordpress theme

Hi, I need a Wordpress theme created from a working demo: [login to view URL] I would like an exact replica of this theme with the following exception: 1. On the single blog post layout, I would like to remove the upper left thumbnail in the post and have the post title and content fill the entire first column horizontally. I have contacted them multiple times, but I have not received a response. However, I really need this theme. Thanks.
