We want to build a simple plugin for WP. This plugin we want to use on many sites so it needs to be simple and won't slow down a site. The function will be to detect when a user is on the site with an iPad, if it is vertical it will detect and send a pop up message to the user. We want to have ability to edit this message in the plugin settings.
