Correct Problems And Errors On Website

I need someone who can correct the problems and errors that are affecting my game-site. I have listed below the things that need to be corrected and fixed.
1. Games missing from homepage. These games belong to a specific category. There are also missing images to games. These missing games appear to be working.
2. Need login or sign-in button added to the top of homepage and shown on rest of pages. The only place it's found is on the "My Likes page."
3. The sorting button doesn't work. When sorting by any of the categories (date, title, views, etc.) the results don't display correctly.
4. The side navigation menu doesn't move as the users scroll down. They can only access another category by going to the top.
5. Users are unable to pick how many games to display per page. This would reduce the page length and loading time.
6. Search Results doesn't work. When a user searches for a game, all of the results do not show up. For example: when searching for a game with "word" in the title, only 1 result came back. But, there are at least "10" games with "word" in the title. This Needs To Be Corrected.
7. An error is shown when users try to rate a game. There needs to be information given to the user as to why the game cannot be rated, such as, "Need to login first". 404 Not Found - Users need to be redirected to information that tells them to "please try searching" or directed to "homepage."
404 error was received when trying to view page 2 of any game category. This needs to be fixed.
Miscellaneous things: The sample page needs to be removed.
Timeframe: 5 to 7 days.
Milestone: The milestone should not exceed 50% to start. I will not fund the entire milestone at the beginning of the project. I will only fund 50%.
Must communicate often and give updates on the progress of the project. This Is Important. I don't want days passing by and not see any progress.
Also, keep in mind that this project is about fixing errors, problems, and correcting things with the site. Most of the problems are "minor."
