Copy a wordpress site onto a different server

I own an existing Wordpress site that is live. I want to create a copy on a completely different server so I can safely do development. The wordpress site is currently hosted on windows and the new server will be windows. The only task is to set up wordpress and copy the site. ## Deliverables The major tasks are 1. Install MySQL on the new windows server 2. Install Wordpress on the new windows server 3.
