Convert this theme to Wordpress

Here is the theme I wish to have converted: [login to view URL] Please note that there is a menu on the top, and one on the right. The one on the right is a simple list with headings. These are simple menus, not drop downs. The menu on the right block should appear above the default wordpress list, i.e., Categories, Blogs, Meta, etc. Basic template conversion! If the work is satisfactory, I have several themes to convert along with incorporating plugins. I need this done fairly quickly, as another provider was awarded the Job but never did it.
