Hi, I'm working with Wordpress for a while and here is what I plan to do for you. I can create a plugin which hooks into the contact form 7 submit action and sends the e-mail to another address specified by you in the admin area and inserts a new post with a status of draft. I can see that your form is about a recipe of some kind so what I propose is to create a custom post type to handle this information. The custom post type will have the required information fields and about your request regarding the country and beer style fields I think the best way to do it is by using custom taxonomies attached to the custom post type.
