Build a website and to get traffic

Ok i'm looking for someone to work with me on a long term basis i have a lot of websites and domains we need to build a few templates. i'm looking for some that is really good programming and who understands SEO i've worked with quiet a few people on here but still haven't found a partner which i could work with on a long term basis. I want someone who will grow with me and not charge silly prices. I have to build and do seo for over 40 websites this year so 2016 will be really busy. I have websites ranking on 1st to 5th pages of google and need to work on them to get top rankings. I also have database work as well. This project is not for the faint hearted and also communication is very important on a daily basis. English has to be really good as that is my main language. The person who takes this project on will have to have great amount of knowledge and patience. I have posted a lot of projects here and worked with some good people but now i'm looking for the best.
