Build an Online Store - WooCommerce and Wordpress Edits

Client has an existing Wordpress site & theme and would like to have a working WooCommerce set up in order to sell items. Items listed on the store will be pushed to other stores (using WordPress Plugins) as EBAY, Amazon, Kijijii, and FaceBook (as well as any others that automate a post to the store). You will also have to make recommendations and make explanations to why things should be the way you believe they should be. Recommendations for plugins that have a cost will be discussed with client and paid for by client upon accepting recommendation. Must have: MailChimp set up to let buyers select to subscribe to the newsletters at check out. Ability to hold an auction to sell items - stand alone area of the site. Rate Shipping Ability to determine location to have dollars in USD or CDN Ability to identify International Orders and have a cost based on USD with International Shipping Able to have groups/categories and sub categories set up for similar items to sell/auction Product Badges for items - as 'New' , "On Sale" etc. Ability to use Social Networks to logon to Site Payments are by Paypal and Offline Credit Transactions Other important items/ideas that you find credible to have the site work effectively and with minimal issues while keeping it professional. Would like: Ability to load items to site from a spreadsheet that ties prices and quantities (and other information) to be updated each time the spreadsheet loads, only removing the ones existing on site with the new ones on the spreadsheet).
