They say life is personal. The same could probably be said about communication. I have worked in real estate in Cape Town, South Africa, marketing and selling primarily residential developments. If you are active in Spain I presume that your developments are aimed at residents in other countries. One will need to have an understanding of Spanish Culture, Climate and Culinary Offerings - as well as the brick and mortar realities and the underlying practicalities. But we will always have to reassure them that you are offering real home for real people - at what can be considered as excellent value for money. But first, I would need to really understand what you have to offer, what your objectives are and what you needs will be - in the short term and long term.
