Add password protected Members page with purchasing options on my current site

I need a page built on my website. I want it to be a special members page protected with a password and on that page have a ordering area. First menu will be select a kind of service Example Of First Menu: Instagram Twitter Soundcloud Second menu Than corresponding options will be on second menu, soundcloud follower soundcloud plays etc. when soundcloud is selected. First input box will be to enter desired amount based on pricing per 1,000 and minimum maximum orders i place and by increments of 100 or 1,000 only. Second input box will be to enter the link for the promotion. The price will than automatically generated. When they click check out it will go to paypal for payment with there link. I also want these orders to be recorded in my wordpress orders just like all others. Here is price list for a better idea how its gonna work.
