Add additional functions to a WordPress theme.

[login to view URL] I am using the current theme for my business. This is a simple woocommerce store theme. I need to add some additional functions to the site for my business. We re a made-to-measure garment company focusing on suits and shirts. Basically our customers can choose a product on our catalogue and once purchased we send one of our sales representatives to meet them at their work/home to collect measurements and talk about the product more. 2-3 weeks later a product arrives in the customers measurement for a perfect fit! Now this is what we need. In the My Account section for every user. The user must be able to upload measurements and store them. When our sales representative meets with a client. He will have an iPad which he will ask the customer to log in to his account before the measurement collection starts. The measurements will be stored on the account so that the next time the customer makes a purchase, he does not need to organise a measurement collection session if he thinks that he has not fluctuated in weight since the last purchase. The uploaded measurements must be able to be retrieved as a document on our back end easily too. When a purchase is made. We would like to setup a timetable/booking system to allow users to pick a time to meet with our sales representative. Preferably a booking system that works with google calendar. User will enter details such as phone number/address/requests etc.
