Clasified Real State Ad Site using Classipress

Want to hire the development of a real state classifieds site. The site will be in spanish. I will provide: the Classipress Wordpress Theme, and the site must be built on top of it. the desing in PSD of the site. (See [login to view URL] file to checkout the desing) Some features of the project are: * the user should be able to input both the real address and the google maps point as separated fields since google maps does not find adresses well in Venezuela * users need to be able to login using either facebook, twitter or an email/password combination * promote ads made by someone you know on your connected social networks * post the add not only in the website, but also capture the newspapper ad and insert it into our current publishing process * wish list of favorited ad's that can be shared and Facebook commented * the ability to process credit cards using a webservices based custom payment gateway. * Use Google Cloud Storage for CDN to store photos. * Users simple search selecting whether they want to rent or buy, then by type (office, apartment, house even vacation if you chose rent) finally user filters by mayor city within the state the site will be deployed under [login to view URL], while the payment gateway under [login to view URL] Need project documentation and the code to be commented in either english or spanish.
