Coding small Wordpress integration into already designed webpage

URGENT --- Would you be able to do a small PHP snippet and jQuery edit for 10th December? I would like to edit a webpage I have been coding until now. It's coded on XHTML+CSS. It's supossed to include two DIVs that would contain Wordpress content: - One DIV containing posts in three columns. Each post shows the title, a small amount of text and a "read more" link that would open an pop-up window with the rest of the post. This DIV would be animated with jQuery in a form of a carousel with two directional arrows. - Another DIV containing a guestbook. Since I only was provided with one database, I think the best and simplest idea would be using a WP static page with comments. This DIV would have two columns: one with the form and other with the comments, animated with jQuery in a form of a carousel with two directional arrows as well. I can send a pic of the mock-up of those DIVs I made and the [login to view URL] plus [login to view URL] to the designer. I can pay up to 42$ (25£) for the job. Cheers.
