Add social media sharing features to a Wordpress blog

I'm running a self hosted Wordpress blog and already have a custom theme. There are just a few tweaks I want to make to it. - Add buttons for Facebook Share, retweet, Digg/Reddit buttons to the sidebar. (Look at [login to view URL]) - Move related articles underneath post w/ pictures (we have a built in thumbnail system) -> we use a related posts plugin that you can edit. - Add an option that shows all of yesterday's posts. - Show popular posts with thumbnails in the sidebar You don't need to use original code, installing plugins that do the trick is OK too as long as everything works and is aligned with the theme.
