We are looking to set up a series of word templates to be stored on a corporate share drive.
The templates would be based on an existing style and corporate style guide. While parametres have been set on some documents (ie. meeting agenda), we would need guidance on others ie. business letters.
Relevant font-types and sizes to be supplied.
The outcome of this job would be:
- 3initial x template documents to be loaded onto the shared drive
- An explanation of the template which would be incorporated in the style manual (ie. Page Heading, Font, Colour, margins, Para placement, spaces between etc.
- Guidance as to how we can automate dates etc. within the word programme.
I would expect some parts of each document to be locked in, others automated and others amendable.
