Energy transmission

hi everyone, This is a re-creation of new job as the previous job was left unattended / abandonned by this developer : nevamalap (https://www.freelancer.com/u/nevamalap.html?ref_project_id=2535159) even tho. he is with certain rating. Ok.. to make it short, i am looking for engineer to do following task : We all know there is so called "charging pad" whereby the pad is connected via usb to power supply and with physical connection (wireless) in between our mobile phone to the charging pad, the battery will be charged accordingly. This project requires similar functions, to build a prototype / device that powered up by USB (as transmitter) or from the power socket and transmit the energy to receiver (that connects to thr mobile phone) (ultrasound to transmit energy / electromagnet / radio waves). The receiver will of course to be connected to mobile phone and it will be charging until when the battery is fully charged (energy supply will break and stop the charging) Basically this will be the initial concept and there are few things to take note of ... - receiver will be applicable for 2 type of cables (micro usb for android phone and to cater for iphone cable as well) - size of the receiver will affect the distance of charging / energy transfer ? I am looking for distance in between 2meter to less than 5 meter in distance. This project will be meant for having usd (transmitter) to be placed at center of indoor living hall and mobile phone will be charged accordingly within the distance. If the distance is less than 10cm... this will bring no difference with having to charge using power cable though. - Design and size of the receiver so that it wont be un-user-friendly when it is connected to the mobile phone. If you have the test cases, you can provide me with the ideal size / distance.. and we will discuss further. - energy tramission / energy lost will be part of the concern as well. How far and how long will it takes to have a mobile phone charged. Example.. if it takes 10 days to fully charged a mobile phone.. this will be bad then :) Method of payment. Once we agreed with the work and relevent studies is to be made, developer will proceed with the design of a prototype and documentation (test cases / "ingredients") and if the prototype works, i will send partial payment as milestone to developer. The prototype will be sent to me for further test here and once everything is completed and upon agreed, we will proceed with the final working / well designed product and post to my. Full payment will be sent to developer as well. Before supplying any prototypes, i am not sending / allowing any milestone as based on previous experience with NEVAMALAP, developer could have abandonned the project without doing anything. *sorry for such assumption but this developer(NEVAMALAP) should be blamed on this : ruin the whole market and perception of good developer :) Alright, budget for this would be $1000 to $2000 and kindly update me with the time frame needed. Shall you are unable to finish with the study / prototype within the time frame, please dont bid with shorter time frame needed. Many thanks and happy bidding :)
