Configuration Generation Application

Dear Coders I am looking for an expert application developer who can provide me with an application to generate scripts for my devices for configuration, It can be something like Cisco Config Maker. Following is required to be done a. Equipment LIbrary and their associated line cards b. Configuration template library (in the form of excel or txt file) the user will provide the information like IP address, and other necessary information, and based on this wizard based information the application will automatically fill up the template stored in the library and finally generate the script.
