Access to a share dir from windows 7 to windows XP

HI I have an XP machine which shares some directories, we can access to this share directories from other XP machines but can not acccess to the share directories from a W7 machine. The problem is that when trying to access the share directories the W7 machine asks for User and password, I have tried some things: -I created users with same passwords on XP and W7 machines, this doesnt works. -I have deactivated on w7 share options to ask for user and password Dont know what else to do, need help. Thanks
