Good evening sir, Based on what you have stated, what I suspect is the AD domain/forest level was promoted from 2003 to 2008 or R2 to 2012 or R2 level...this could explain to an extent the confrontation between your former domain controller and current controller, if you could tell me what your current domain controller version is (2008, 2008 r2, 2012, 2012 r2) is ... then knowing this information will allow me to diagnose your issues better.

I could repair your AD replication remotely. Then we could setup RADIUS and check if this is sufficient.

I currently manage an Active Directory environment and have removed decommissioned servers in the past. I also manage an Aruba wireless network that uses radius for authentication.
