Create forms for Access 2007 database

| I need someone to finish the work I've started on the attached database. I've attempted to list all requirements but please ask questions to clarify anything WorkFlow 1. BusinessReq: Once Year a project manager will plan and add Monthly EPT Meetings When meeting is created each person that is a member of the EPT is added to the meeting attendee DatabaseReq: PM will add a record to the EPTMeeting table (MeetingID, Meeting Date, EPT Name) Insert into EPTMeetingAttendees names of person, & position from EPT Roster where [login to view URL] = EPTRoster.EPTName2. BusinessReq: One month before the scheduled meeting the PM will plan the agenda for the upcoming meeting DatabaseReq: PM adds a record for each agenda item into the EPTMeetingAgenda table (AgendaID,Topic,Who,Duration,Discussion, Conclusion, Action Items, Comments, MeetingID)[login to view URL]: During the actual meeting a record keeper will record who attended the meeting. Each person within the EPTRoster table is assigned to a EPT team. DatabaseReq: Record keeper updates records to EPTMeetingAttendees table (AttendeeID, MeetingID, MeetingAttendees, attendeePosition) using status from attendstatus table [login to view URL]: During the actual meeting the record keeper will record the discussion, conclusion or action items for each agenda item for that meeting. DatabaseReq: Record keeper updates EPTMeetingAgenda table (Discussion, Conclusion, Action Items, Comments) where the agendaID & meetingID equal the item being discussed.
