Color Library in C#

A color library in C# with the following features:

1. Class with CIE*Lab data

2. Convert CIE*Lab to several color spaces (CMY, CMYK, RGB)

3. Read and analyze spectral data; convert to CIE*Lab colors

4. Color Error (deltaE etc) calculations

Because several coders have already asked, I don't have the algorithm that converts spectral data to the corresponding CIE*Lab color; it's for the coder to find and implement.
