Amazon Certificate update into Windows Store

Amazon ENS (Event Notification Service I believe)? had a certificate upload into the windows store program (**[login to view URL])** Their program to do this seems to be no longer available. Need a replacement. Amazon ENS provides 2 certifcate files. Their program combined into 1 and uploaded into the Windows Store so that our existing program can use and access Amazon's ENS. Deliverable must make our existing programs access their ENS.? It worked and then we tried to use it for a new account and could not get the certificate uploaded.
