Convert a delphi project into other different languages

I have a delphi project that generates codes using 2 or 3 input variables.
I want that project to be converted to different languages to be use in different platforms, Windows (visual basic), Mac OSX, iOS (iPhone/iPod), Android and Web (PHP, or JS).
Web is not as important as the other platforms.
I will provide the delphi source code and an example of a windows application that already exists to give you the idea of how I want it to be for windows.
The Graphic interface will be very simple just 1 or 2 forms.
I'm not sure what other information might be needed for you to place a bid, so please before bedding make sure to ask me all the questions or information you need.
Basically the delphi source is just a calculator that takes a serial number plus another variable (there are 2 different variables, either one has to work but both options have to be available) and returns a valid code.
Additionally it might need a database or a file from where to get and add those variables in case there's a new one.
