Commercial Property search website similar to Zillow.com

I need a commercial website for listing properties. The website will be similar in style and purpose to Zillow.com. _**Key requirements for this project are described in the Advanced section. In brief -**_ Users come to this site when searching for properties. They see available properties listed as markers on a map and can filter, compare and view properties when on the site. The website will be similar in style and purpose to Zillow.com. _The site will be hosted in Windows Azure._ _**Key requirements for this project are--**_ **1) End user scenarios** -- a) When end users come to the site, they should be able to see the properties listed in the city which is closest to their IP address. b) All the properties are visible on the map as markers. c) These users can refine their search based on simple and advanced filters (simple filter to have criteria like city, location, price range, square foot, bedrooms etc; advanced filter to allow user to search based on no of baths, and a few other advanced filters) d) Clicking on a marker should bring up a mini property card overlayed on the map (with basic details like price/sqft, unit price, no of bedrooms, photos etc as in zillow) e) The property card should have a check box that allows users to select properties to be compared which should lead to a change in the markers color. When a user selects a set of properties to be compared on the map, he has the option to compare these properties. f) The comparison page should show the properties side by side and show how the properties compare based on a set of key features/parameters. g) Clicking on a 'details' link on the property card should bring up a detailed property page with all the details, pictures, layout maps and historical prices charts (as in zillow) h) Users can signup and login to the site using an optional login system on the site. **2) Admin scenarios --** a) Admin can add/delete/update property data into the DB/Azure Storage using either a standalone windows app or a separate password protected admin section in the site. b) User activity and search criteria etc to be written to DB/Azure Table store to enable BI at a later point in time. c) While in V1 all data will be entered by Admin, in future the intent is to list properties by end users for rental and resale. The UI and backend needs to leave hooks to accommodate this future plan. _**Platform -**-_ Site to be hosted in Windows Azure employing SQL Azure and Azure Blob store _**Technology** --_ 1) ASP.Net web site in C# with Ajax to avoid costly loads on user actions like filter etc. 2) asmx web service in C# 3) maps as google maps. Instead of javascript V3 API, map coding to employ a C# wrapper similar to [login to view URL] 4) DB in SQL Azure to save most property data 5) Large data like pictures, pdf for property layout etc to be saved in Azure storage Final requirement spec detailing the above scenarios is now attached.
