Bluetooth code for Blackberry and Android

Make some proof-of-concept code for both Android and Blackberry (separate code) (+explanation of features involved) which will: -enable bluetooth on device if turned off (can ask the user for permissions) -enable discoverability (*indefinitely*; must be always turned on; can ask the user for permissions the first time) -scan for nearby devices / have a callback function which gets notified of new devices found / previous ones disconnected (no user involvement) -automatically connect to each new device and send an handshake string message (*no* user involvement) -must work on background
