I need a program that will read a simple table from an excel file (only numbers).
The program should import this into a bidimensional array, do some simple calculations on it, then export this to another excel file that will look like the first file imported but with different values.
When exporting the bidimensional array to excel file, the program must check if values are above a known value and if they are higher it should mark the corresponding cells with red color.
The program doesn't need an interface, a console app is ok.
It must be coded in C++11 and it must be able to import/export XLS and XLSX files.
The program should be very simple and rock solid, that means MS Excel should never report any error when opening the file exported by the program.
I will provide 2 excel files, one will be imported by the program and the other one should be an example of what the program should export.
All you have to do is code this simple program and provide a working EXE file and the source file that will compile successfully in a program like Dev-C++ with MinGW compiler in order to be able to correct any bugs in the future.
Also this will be running on 32bit Windows machines (XP, Vista, 7, 8).
Hi. Basically the task seems to be simple, but IMO the "rock solidity" you have mentioned costs more than EUR40.
As for your MinGW requirement, I prefer to use MinGW (with Code::Blocks for the bigger projects and with SciTE mod for the smaller ones). I am not much of a fan of the Visual Studio.
