Bluetooth marketing desktop application

I need a Windows Form application written in C# to connect to Bluetooth mobile phones. I am looking for a basic system where user can enter campaigns and scheduled them. Must also have tracking capability to know how many were accessed, how many accepted. It must be written in C# only and developer is welcome to use the 32feet libraries which will pretty much do the hard job. Through the application I should be able to send v-cards, text messages (.txt), animated images (.gif), audio & media, images and documents. multi threaded: Allows to upload to more than one device at the same time Time Filters: allows you to choose when to start and when to end campaigns. Name and Address filters: Allows to send campaigns to those who you really want. Options to block a phone by MAC address All connections should be logged to a text file for later review, including MAC Address Must be able to recognize a device and be able to send a file only once after successful sent. Must be able to work with all phones including iPhone. Must have previous experience in developing Bluetooth Marketing Applications.
