I am looking to develop a highly visual box which appears in between the text of a wp blog, from nowhere.

Triggers which the blog owner can choose:

* The user passes a certain point (text) on the page while that text remains in view for at least xx seconds.

* The user clicks on an image or link (which could also be on the sidebar).

* The user clicks on an link/button which is a submit button (as long as the submission is valid), even if it is a lightbox submission.

* User hovers over an image or link.

* xx seconds after page load.

Blog Owner can choose number of line breaks between the text above and below the box.

Blog Owner can choose the height and width of the box which appears.

Blog Owner can choose from a set of 10 different borders designed by you. Some can be just top and bottom borders, while the others can be all 4 sides. They have to be graphics that look fantastic. Some borders can be of a technical theme and some can be of various other themes.

When the trigger is executed, motion starts to happen through Ajax (or other technology).

A dot will appear in the middle of the screen and from it, two lines will extend sideways until it reaches the width set for the box.

After that, the borders will appear and the box will open up visually up to the preset height.

You will need to create 10 different gradient backgrounds for the box and 10 solid backgrounds, which the blog owner can choose from.

You will need to obtain 3 different sound effects (technical sounds) which the blog owner can choose from, to play as the box opens.

The blog owner can choose from a variety of different methods as to how he wants to display the information within the box.

He can:

* Paste in html

* Paste in javascript (like an aweber form)

* Paste in video embed code (so user can play video in that box)

* Display text pre-written in the plugin settings.

* If the pre-written text is chosen, he can enter as many messages as he likes, one after the other and then these messages will slide in and out of the box (like film credits).

* Again, if this setting is chosen, he should also set the direction of entry and exit, time interval between entry and exit, continuous rolling in and out option, text size, color and font, text alignment both vertically and horizontally, padding setting from all 4 sides.

In the settings area, the blog owner can create as many boxes as he likes for as many pages as he likes. So he needs to be able to name each one and specify a page/post on which it appears. He can also create multiple boxes on one page/post, all with different settings. Each box has its own campaign settings.

Activate/Deactivate button for each box.

Clone Button for each box.

Delete Button for each box

Stats (opens) for each box

Rename for each box

Preview for each box

There may be a couple of settings which I haven't thought of yet but may become apparent during coding. Please take this into consideration also.
