fix bootstrap conflict with template js and dropdown menu

0 down vote favorite I've got a Bootstrap template that has a sticky navigation bar... and I added a dropdown-menu to it... which works perfectly, except for on mobile or desktop with small screen size... when the mobile menu is activated, if you try to expand the dropdown, it does nothing and closes the mobile menu, so the dropdown items are not shown and not accessible. I have attached the html for the menu, as well as the javascript file that seems to have the conflict. as well as a video, explaining the symptom of the conflict.
