copy website to cre loaded

I would like to find someone who can copy an existing site of mine and put it on cre loaded. I am having alot of trouble with the original programmer, it has been 3 years and many dollars later and the site is not to my specs still. [login to view URL] is the site in question. I can do a little coding but if I can get someone with the time that I dont to get it done for me, have access to back end mgmt and access to change site at later dates when needed, this would be a great help for me (admin) and the owner.
