Need a Beautiful Web Designer ASAP

I am looking for a web designer who can produce beautiful work in photoshop. I will provide you with a completed photoshop template which i will need the design changing for different themes/topics/industries. I will then need you to slice the PSD to create just an Index page and images folder. So just a one page website. This will be a long term relationship for the right person as I already need 22 of these doing this month and maybe the same amount every month! You will need to be contactable on MSN and also provide me with some recent examples of work. I am looking to get someone started on this ASAP. Please leave your lowest bid per site (Remember I am providing you with the template that needs changing so it should be quite quick) and recent work for me to look at. Regards
